In order to cultivate a nation's future leaders, it is essential to strengthen the faculty's capabilities for Christian education. To this end, we will create an appropriate program for professors of each member university and give professors opportunities for retraining under strategic goals. The PAUA will organize excellent and experienced lecturers to provide courses on proper Christian world view education, the nature of Christian education, the design of core curriculum, and Christian teaching methods for major subjects. In particular, we will develop this program through regular assessments and create an organization within our member universities that can continue to pursue this program.
